QUINTESSENTIAL
Bed & Breakfast
Personally inspected and recommended by prestigious travel company Sawdays
ABOUT
Eclectic, characterful cottage in the heart of pretty Abbotsbury. Sink-into beds, hearty breakfasts - and the glorious Dorset coast a short walk away. The quintessential bed and breakfast.

Angela, your host, is part Greek and has run a B&B in Somerset for many years, so looking after guests comes naturally to her. You'll find local biscuits and apple juice in your room and she'll be happy to prepare a simple two course supper on your first night if you've had a long journey or just want to relax.

There is plenty to do and explore in Abbotsbury, a local pub you can walk to for dinner and you can blow your cobwebs away with a stroll along nearby Chesil Beach. Return to comfy rooms: guests always comment on their good night's sleep.

Ample home cooked breakfasts will set you up for walks and cycles on many lanes and footpaths through stunning countryside.
